Pricing Guidelines
Below are the simple guidelines we use for our quotations. These are provided only to give you an idea what you may be charged for our services. To receive a true quotation, please call or email.

Catalogs/Brochures

$1100 Design includes:
Create a stylish cover and inside spread design customized to fit the look your company wants to portray. 3-5 designs for the Cover. Once the design is established from the cover selection 2-3 designs will be provided for the inside spreads.
$350 - $600 Layout, Production & Pre-Press Per 8 1/2 x 11 page:
(i.e. $1,200-$1,600 per 4 page Catalog, $2,400-$3,200 per 8 page Catalog, etc...)
Compose all photographs, text and graphics into layouts from approved design. Color and Black and White proofs (PDF or Prints) will be presented for final sign off. (Up to 20% client corrections Catalog)
We will do the post production finalizing, asset management, trapping, pre-film prep, photo sizing and font management. Also included is download, format, master and write to disk all fonts and files necessary for printing.Ship FedEx included as well.
Flyers
$700 - $1,100 Design, Layout, Production & Pre-Press includes:

Logo Design

$1000 and Up
LOGO/ illustration - Includes name, and icon as part
of your logo design and/or a separate illustration.
The design process includes concepts, 3 - 5 comps,
and 3 revisions. Once the concept, art,
and style are approved the final files will be supplied on
disk formatted for printing, PC or MAC, web, and email.
Business Cards

$250 - $350 Design, Layout, Production & Pre-Press includes:
Design 3-5 Business card comps.
Production -
Compose all photographs, text and graphics into layouts from approved design
Color and Black and White proofs will be presented for final sign off
Client will supply all names and details.
Post production finalizing, asset management, trapping, pre-film prep,
photo sizing and font management. Download, format, master
and write to disk all fonts and files necessary for printing. Ship FedEx
($35 cost added per additional card)
Stationery (Business Cards, Letterhead & Envelope)
$650 Design, Layout, Production & Pre-Press includes:
Design 3-5 Stationery comps.
Production -
Compose all photographs, text and graphics into layouts from approved design
Color and Black and white proofs will be presented for final sign off (up to 20% client corrections on stationery)
Client will supply all names and details.
Post production finalizing, asset management, trapping, pre-film prep,
photo sizing and font management. Download, format, master, write to disk all fonts and files necessary for printing and ship FedEx.
Web sites

$1550-$1750 Design
Web site overall design: This is the “look and feel” of the site, including site architecture and how the viewer navigates through the web site. Brooke York Design will create a new updated look that is easier to understand & navigate through.
$650-$1050 Production Per Page
Create pages using Dreamweaver MX.
Will include buttons and links that make access and navigation
easy for the end user.
Site will be optimized for best quality at fastest upload speeds.
Create links, mouse roll-overs, and/or pop-up windows as needed to feature
products, specs, detailed information, graphics, etc.
(up to 20% client corrections on site)
Test and proof site on servers.
Hourly Production fee $85.00 (For extra corrections beyond the 20%).

Packaging Design

$1,350 Packaging Overall Design
Develop the "look and feel" of your packaging. Establish a packaging design that will carry out through the whole product line. Presentation will consist of 3-5 concepts and color comps to show style and layout. Typesetting, layouts & proof. Create icons and graphic elements.
Packaging Layout, Production & Pre-press
Small Boxes & Labels: $1000.00
Medium Boxes: $1,950.00
Large Boxes: $2,650.00
Typesetting, layouts,color proofs/Mock-up, up to 20% revisions. Create icons and graphical elements where necessary. Production finalizing, prepress, and coordinate with printer.
A 50% deposit is required on all projects
Each Project is subject to a special quote for regular or occasional additional services.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
The printing costs are not included in prices above. Printing is a separate service.
The web site hosting costs are not included in prices above.
